ALL ABOUT KARP'S

In 1934, Franklin D. Roosevelt was in his first term in the White House. Prohibition had just ended, and Karp's Hardware opened its doors on the site of a bankrupt farm and feed store. For the next 60 years or so, the hardware business was rather mundane. Karp's served the local community. Then the Internet happened. Karp's went live with its first web site in 1997. Now, we attract visitors and customers from all around the world.

Karp's Hardware has been in business for 75 years. We serve the North Shore of Long Island, specifically, the towns of East Northport, Centerport, Northport, Greenlawn, Kings Park and Commack. We deliver in our own trucks to commercial accounts in most of central Suffolk County. We also ship orders via UPS all around the world.
